TECHWOO  – Product Warranty –

TechWoo warrants to the original purchaser that in event servicing be required during the specified warranty period. This product should be taken or delivered prepaid to our authorized service centers with the original sales invoice, TechWoo will repair and replace any defective components free of charge subject to the terms and conditions stated below:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  1. Warranty Period:

1 (one) year – household appliances such as Electric fans, Washing Machine, Television, Emergency Lights (except batteries), cooking and stoves as well as for audio appliances such as Radio, Karaoke, amplifiers and speakers.

6 (six) months – dvd’s, vcd’s, also with mp3 or portable dvd players

This warranty covers the part and labors from the date of purchase.  There will be corresponding charges for labor, replacement parts and adjustments after the warranty period.

  1. This warranty does not cover any damage due to accident, misuse, abuse, mishandling, neglect, improper line voltage, faulty electrical circuit, or damages caused by fire, flood, earthquake, and other natural or social calamity or acts of God.
  1. Save and except for any liability which cannot be excluded at law, the Company shall not be liable to the customer or any person whatsoever suffered by the customer as a result of the product or any part thereof being unusable or not being restored to proper working order after being serviced by the Company hereunder.
  1. Parts not subject to warranty are batteries, casing, panel, knobs, emergency light’s batteries, labels, door, remote control, antenna (model dependent), and other external accessories.
  1. This warranty will be void If the set has been tampered with or repaired by anyone other than our duly authorized service center.
  1. This warranty is non-transferable and will not be honored if incorrectly filled-out and the serial number of the unit is altered, removed or obliterated. As p[roof of the date of purchase, bring with you the original dealer’s invoice/receipt.
  1. For all repair services, units must be brought to our Service Centers and present this warranty card and official purchased receipt or sales invoice for inspection and repair services.
  1. This warranty is valid only in the Philippines.
